Energy
The study identified four standards published by IEC that address energy issues, mostly energy storage and devices that convert light into electricity (i.e. photovoltaic devices):
- IEC (2017). IEC TS 62607-4-5. Nanomanufacturing – Key control characteristics – Part 4-5: Cathode nanomaterials for nano-enabled electrical energy storage – Electrochemical characterization, 3-electrode cell method. Available at: https://webstore.iec.ch/publication/27061
- IEC (2018). IEC TS 62607-4-7. Nanomanufacturing – Key control characteristics – Part 4-7: Nano-enabled electrical energy storage – Determination of magnetic impurities in anode nanomaterials, ICP-OES method. Available at: https://webstore.iec.ch/publication/33479
- IEC (2018). Nanotechnology – Reliability assessment – Part 2-1: Nano-enabled photovoltaic devices – Stability test. Available at: https://webstore.iec.ch/publication/26699
- IEC (2020). IEC TS 62607-4-8. Nanomanufacturing – Key control characteristics – Part 4-8: Nano-enabled electrical energy storage – Determination of water content in electrode nanomaterials, Karl Fischer method. Available at: https://webstore.iec.ch/publication/62187
All standards were published by the IEC technical committee TC 113 – Nanotechnology for electrotechnical products and systems.
