Catalogue of nanomaterials used in cosmetic products in the EU
The European Commission publishes a catalogue of nanomaterials used in cosmetic products in the EU. Many of the nanomaterials listed in the catalogue are also registered under the REACH Regulation.
The European Union Observatory for Nanomaterials (EUON) has published a table linking the nanomaterials in the catalogue to their registration data in ECHA’s chemicals database. There you can find more information about their safe use and what regulatory activities are relevant to them.
