Call to access JRC nanobiotechnology laboratory extended
The European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) has opened a call to access the JRC Nanobiotechnology Laboratory.
The aim of the call is to spread scientific knowledge, boost competiveness and help bridge the gap between research and industry. Access is offered to researchers and scientists from EU Member States, candidate countries and countries associated to the EU Research Programme Horizon 2020.
The JRC Nanobiotechnology Laboratory is located in Italy and features state-of-the-art equipped facilities designed to foster interdisciplinary studies. A special emphasis is on the characterisation of nanomaterials, nanomedicines, advanced materials and their interactions with biological systems, as well as on the detection, identification and characterisation of nanomaterials in food and consumer products.
