Catalogul ingredientelor cosmetice
În iulie 2017, Comisia Europeană a publicat un catalog care cuprinde toate nanomaterialele folosite în produse cosmetice în UE, iar acest catalog este actualizat periodic. Multe dintre substanțele enumerate în catalog sunt înregistrate și în temeiul Regulamentului REACH.
Tabelul de mai jos include nanomaterialele din catalogul Comisiei Europene, cu numerele CE și CAS corespunzătoare, precum și linkuri către datele lor de înregistrare din baza de date a Agenției Europene pentru Produse Chimice (ECHA). Acolo puteți găsi mai multe informații despre utilizarea lor în condiții de siguranță și despre activitățile de reglementare relevante.
Corespondența s-a efectuat prin corelarea substanțelor chimice din baza de date a ECHA pe baza numerelor CAS și/sau cu denumirea nanomaterialului din catalog.
Întrucât înregistrarea nanomaterialelor în temeiul Regulamentului privind produsele cosmetice și înregistrarea substanțelor în temeiul Regulamentului REACH au domenii de aplicare diferite, nu este posibil să existe întotdeauna o potrivire perfectă. Unele dintre intrările din catalogul nanomaterialelor folosite în produsele cosmetice au un domeniu de aplicare mai specific decât substanțele înregistrate în temeiul REACH. Rețineți că o înregistrare conform REACH poate să nu acopere în mod specific nanoformele substanțelor utilizate în produsele cosmetice.
